Our Story: Rooted in Tulsa Opportunity
A Brilliant Change Inc. launched ABC Talent Hub with an uncompromising conviction: talent is universally distributed, but opportunity is not. We exist to close that gap permanently along the historic Route 66 corridor.
The Reality of Tulsa's Labor Divide
For decades, Tulsa employers faced crippling turnover in entry and technical roles, with turnover rates often exceeding 70% within 90 days. Simultaneously, thousands of capable, motivated Tulsa residents remained stuck in volatile minimum-wage jobs, unable to absorb the cost of multi-year tuition or unpaid certification exams.
Traditional workforce programs offered fragmented services: one agency offered resume reviews, another offered temporary shift placement, and community colleges required months of credit coursework that did not solve next week's grocery bill or bus fare.
The 8-Stage Center of Opportunity
ABC Talent Hub unified this fractured ecosystem into a cohesive, demand-driven engine. We aligned federal WIOA Title I On-the-Job Training subsidies with employer commitments to provide living wages ($18–$35/hr). We introduced proactive wraparound barrier navigation—deploying immediate transit micro-stipends, work uniforms, and daily coaching check-ins during the critical first two weeks on the job.
"When you remove the immediate panic of a flat tire or missed bus, candidates do not merely keep their jobs—they earn credentials, win promotions, and become the core leaders of Tulsa's economy."
