The 4-Week Immersion Curriculum
Week 1: Operational Foundations & AHLA Guest Service Gold
Credential 1Emotional intelligence in high-stress guest interactions, VIP service standards, brand culture immersion, front-of-house conflict de-escalation, and comprehensive examination for AHLA Guest Service Gold certification.
Week 2: Culinary Operations & ServSafe Certification
Credential 2Food sanitation protocol, allergen management, cross-contamination prevention, high-volume banquet knife safety, cold-prep execution, and official ServSafe Food Handler & Manager exam proctoring.
Week 3: Facilities Maintenance & Property Safety
Credential 3Commercial HVAC filter replacement, PTAC maintenance, plumbing emergency shutoffs, chemical dilution safety (OSHA standards), pool and chemical checks, and guest room turnaround diagnostics.
Week 4: Executive Employer Showcase & Direct Placement
PlacementLive portfolio presentation, executive interviews with Tulsa general managers, onboarding paperwork finalization, WIOA OJT contracts execution, and Day-One transportation stipend distribution.
