Hardware assembly, bus architecture, BIOS/UEFI configuration, motherboard diagnostics, OS deployment (Windows 11 Enterprise, Ubuntu Linux, macOS), PowerShell scripting, and active directory user administration.

Lab Capstone: Rapid restoration and secure reimaging of 20 physical workstations under ITIL incident management SLAs.

Module 2 (Weeks 4–6): Network Infrastructure & Cloud Fundamentals

CompTIA Network+ / Azure AZ-900

OSI model troubleshooting, IPv4/IPv6 CIDR subnetting, VLAN routing, DNS/DHCP configuration, Wi-Fi 6 enterprise security, Microsoft Azure resource groups, virtual networks, and hybrid cloud storage architectures.

Lab Capstone: Provisioning a multi-region Azure virtual network with fault-tolerant load balancing and secure bastion access.

Module 3 (Weeks 7–8): Cybersecurity Operations & Zero-Trust IAM

CompTIA Security+ SY0-701

Threat vectors, SOC alert triaging, vulnerability scanning (Nessus), endpoint detection & response (EDR), role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust identity policies.

Lab Capstone: Live SOC attack simulation: identifying, isolating, and neutralizing a credential stuffing breach in an enterprise tenant.

Module 4 (Weeks 9–10): AI Operations & Enterprise Prompt Engineering

Enterprise AI Practitioner

Generative AI integration, context window optimization, few-shot prompt chaining, automated ETL workflows using Power Automate / Python, conversational helpdesk agents, and corporate AI data governance compliance.

Lab Capstone: Building a production-ready AI IT Support Bot resolving Tier-1 tickets with human-in-the-loop escalation.
